The NATURELAB kick-off meeting took place from June 27–29, 2023 at LNEC in Lisbon, marking the start of this 54-month project. Work Package leaders presented tasks, deliverables, and upcoming actions, fostering productive discussions on critical aspects of the project. The participants experienced nature-based therapy (NBT) sessions, with demonstrations of mindful activities and therapeutic horticulture techniques by WP2 leaders, showcasing the health benefits of human-nature interaction. The meeting strengthened partnerships, established key principles, and set the stage for collaborative progress.
